How much does delivery cost?

We deliver to all cities in South Africa, via Fastway courier service or the most affordable offer from a group of approved Courier Services, for R99. Orders over R990 will be delivered free of charge.

How long does delivery take?

Goods are delivered within 3-5 working days to all major centres. It may take 1 - 2 days longer for some outlying areas

May we use our own couriers?

Yes, you may use your own courier service. If that is the case please email online@aerosoft.co.za and process an order via email.

Do you delivery internationally?

No, unfortunately not at this stage. We only deliver within the borders of South Africa.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay online using your credit/debit card. No credit/debit card – No Problem. Send you order by email to online@aerosoft.co.za . One of our friendly staff members will promptly reply with the invoice and you can pay via EFT.

Can I order something that is out of stock?

We update the stock levels frequently. If your style/size is out of stock and you want to order it, please contact us via email at online@aerosoft.co.za , we might be able to supply out of another store.

What if I am looking for a product that I cannot find on the website?

Please send us an email , online@aerosoft.co.za , and we will try and source it should we still have stock.

Where are your retail outlets?

We have five shops, Trafalgar-KZN, Ballito-KZN, Botrivier-Western Cape , Rooihuiskraal-Gauteng and Faerie Glen- Gauteng.

What do you sell in your retail outlets?

We stock a wide selection of items available from our online store and a wide variety of clothing, accessories, exciting novelties, beachwear and toys. Many items are offered at discounted prices.Should you wish to visit one of our walk-in stores with the intent on finding a specific item, then please feel free to contact us prior to your visit to check if the item is for sale in store and in stock. If it is out of stock in a specific store, we might be able to supply out of another store, or our centralized warehouses.

Can we become a reseller of Aerosoft?

We only resell to retailers in the shoe industry. If you would like to become a stockist of our brands, please email sales@aerosoft.co.za and we will have an agent contact you. Please include your contact details, shop name and shop address.
